How do I order custom-size wallpaper?

1. Choose the base material for your wallpaper.
2. Carefully measure the wall where you want to hang the wallpaper. Measure its height and width.
3. It's a good idea to add about 5 centimeters of extra on each edge for adjustments.
4. Enter your dimensions in the configurator and, if the image lets you position the pattern, select the area you want.
5. The configurator image represents a 500 x 400 cm area (width x height). If your wall is wider or taller than the configurator allows, we'll adjust the pattern for you and email it to you for approval. There's no limit on the print area.

What's included in your order?

1. Wallpaper cut into numbered panels 50 cm wide.
2. The panels are 50 cm wide and numbered in hanging order.
3. Wallpaper paste made for our wallpaper, in a generous amount so you won't run out.
4. Installation instructions.

How do I prepare to hang wallpaper?

1. Get all the tools and materials you need ready, such as: a sponge or cloth (several cloths), a brush or roller for applying primer, and a spatula for pressing out excess paste.
2. Check the wall for moisture. Make sure the wall is dry before hanging the wallpaper. Non-woven wallpaper shouldn't be hung on walls that are damp or have moisture problems. The wallpaper may peel, and moisture can lead to mold and mildew.
3. Oil-based, washable, latex and high-gloss paints can make it harder for non-woven wallpaper to adhere. If your wall has this type of paint, we recommend sanding the surface to dull it or applying a suitable primer.
4. If there's already vinyl wallpaper on the wall, it's best to remove it before hanging new non-woven wallpaper. Vinyl wallpaper can form a layer that makes it harder for the new wallpaper to adhere.
5. Wallpaper can be hung no sooner than 20 days after the wall was last painted.

What else should you know?

1. If your wall is uneven or has sandy bumps and other irregularities, consider choosing textured wallpaper – it's thicker, so it hides these kinds of wall imperfections more easily.
2. Add one extra roll to the calculated number for pattern matching and trimming.
3. Please make sure you order enough wallpaper: if you need a reprint later, there may be slight color differences, which are not grounds for a complaint.

Processing time

1. 1. We ship non-woven wallpaper within 48 hours on business days and textured wallpaper (linen, natural silk) within 5–7 business days. For international shipping, add about 2–3 days.
   2. Processing may take longer around holidays, Children's Day and other busy periods.
   3. It's a good idea to leave a few days' buffer before your planned installation and place your order a few days early.

• Non-woven wallpaper 130 g Printed with eco-friendly, top-quality HP latex technology, so colors stay vivid and long-lasting. Non-woven has a smooth, semi-matte surface and is very easy to hang. The material is breathable and so versatile that the wallpaper works in almost any room. For smooth, even surfaces only.
• Washable non-woven wallpaper 155 g Washable wall murals are ideal for humid rooms and for areas prone to dirt, such as kids' rooms. Printed with eco-friendly, top-quality HP latex technology, so colors stay vivid and long-lasting. After printing, the material is protected with a special matte laminate that makes the mural washable and better protects its surface. Washable non-woven has a smooth matte surface and is very easy to hang. The material is breathable and so versatile that the wallpaper works in almost any room.
• Premium linen or natural silk wallpaper 350 g A vinyl wall mural with a canvas texture and PVC on a non-woven backing – so it's hung just like non-woven wallpaper. The wallpaper is washable: light to moderate dirt can be removed with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid heavy scrubbing. Wipe the wallpaper vertically (top to bottom) with a damp cloth so the edges don't get wet. Do not use bleach or similar products. Actual colors may differ slightly from those on your screen.
