A baptism keepsake that lasts for years

Baptism is the first big celebration in a child's life. The outfit ends up in the wardrobe and the photos stay on the phone – a watercolor on the wall brings back that day every day. We paint it from your photo: the baby in the parents' arms, with the godparents or with the whole family.

At the bottom of the artwork there is the line “Holy Baptism” with the child's name and date below. The lettering is added separately in a crisp typeface, so it stays legible even on a small format.

It is also a perfect gift from the godparents: personal, suits both a nursery and a living room, and ready to hang in a frame or on a stretcher.

Which photo to choose

  • Close-up photos work best: the baby in the arms of mom, dad or the godparents, with clearly visible faces.
  • Faces clearly visible, ideally in daylight – the watercolor keeps features and expressions.
  • A sharp photo from a camera or phone, without filters and not a screenshot from a messaging app.
  • Leave some space around the people – in the crop window you decide what goes into the artwork, and there will be room for the lettering at the bottom.
  • The fewer people in the photo, the more detail on each face.

Who usually gives a baptism keepsake?

Most often the godparents or grandparents, but parents order it too – as artwork for the nursery. You can order several copies, e.g. for both sets of grandparents.

Will I see the artwork before I order?

Yes. First you see the watercolor, and after choosing the size and frame – the finished artwork, framed or on canvas, on a wall. Exactly this design goes into the cart.

How do I add the name and date?

The line “Holy Baptism” is added right away. Click “Add name and date”, type them in the second line and, if you like, change the typeface, color and position. You can also remove the lettering.

Which photo works?

Who paints the watercolor?

What sizes and frames are available?

Sizes from 20 × 30 to 60 × 90 cm, printed on matte photo paper or canvas, with a frame, a frame with passe-partout, an American Box frame or canvas on a stretcher. You see the price next to each option.

What happens to my photo?

Your photo is used only to prepare your design and the print. Working files are deleted from the shop once the order is saved, and the finished print is stored privately until the order is fulfilled.
