Royal Rabbits Online Store Terms and Conditions

The online store www.royalrabbits.pl is operated by: Dariusz Król doing business as PHU ADK DARIUSZ KRÓL, ul. Kopernika 58, 05-501 Piaseczno, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 1231205872, REGON: 385637130 (hereinafter the Seller or Service Provider).

1. General provisions and definitions

1.1. Definitions

  • Customer – an entity to which electronic services may be provided.
  • Consumer – a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business activity.
  • Sole Trader – a natural person entering into a contract related to their business activity that is not of a professional nature for them.
  • Product – a movable item offered by the Seller.
  • Business day – any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.2. Technical requirements

To place an order, you need a computer with internet access, a web browser and an active email account. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.

1.3. Product characteristics and colors

The Seller advises that the colors of Products (especially wallpaper and wall decals) shown in photos and visualizations may differ slightly from the actual colors of the finished print. These differences result from the individual settings of the monitor or screen on which the Customer views the offer (color calibration, brightness, panel type).

Important information about colors:

Because of the factors above, we strongly recommend ordering a sample of the Product before buying the full quantity. This lets you check the actual colors and texture of the material in the lighting where the Product will be used.

2. Conclusion and performance of the contract

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller accepts the order (shipping confirmation email or pickup notification).

Because our products are „printed on demand”, the standard lead time is 1 to 7 business days and is counted from the moment full payment is received in the Seller's account. If an item is out of stock, the Seller will inform the Buyer and the order will be canceled.

3. Payment and delivery

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are shown at checkout in the Cart. The shipping cost is 17 zł. For orders over 500 zł, shipping is free.

Available payment methods: bank transfer, Pay Pro SA (Tpay, Przelewy24). The Customer should pay within 7 days.

4. Delivery and collection

Deliveries are made by DHL and FedEx. Couriers are not obliged to carry parcels over 30 kg into the building.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers and Sole Traders may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions below.

Exceptions (under Art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act): The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for non-prefabricated items made to the consumer's specifications or to meet their individual needs. This applies in particular to:

  • custom-size wallpaper (made to the wall dimensions provided by the Customer),
  • personalized products (e.g. with a name or a birth poster).

The Seller does not accept complaints or returns due to color differences between wallpaper ordered at different times (different production batches).

6. Complaints (warranty)

Complaint procedure:

  • Send complaints to: [email protected].
  • Your complaint must include photos of the defective Product.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 business days of discovering the defect.
  • Complaints about colors: Differences in shade between the screen and the finished print are not considered a Product defect if no sample was ordered beforehand.
  • The store is not responsible for the mixing and use of wallpaper paste.
  • The store is not responsible for hanging the wallpaper. Once wallpaper has been hung on the wall, complaints about the material can no longer be made.
  • Missing paste in the kit is not grounds for a complaint or for returning the whole wallpaper.

Refunds:

If a complaint is accepted and a refund is requested, the refund is made within 7 business days of accepting the complaint, using the same payment method.

7. Personal data protection (GDPR)

1. The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller: PHU ADK DARIUSZ KRÓL based in Piaseczno.

2. Personal data is processed in order to:

  • process the order and perform the sales contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • comply with legal obligations under tax and accounting laws (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  • pursue or defend against possible claims (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).

3. Customers have the right to access their data, to rectification, erasure („the right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object.

4. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to place and fulfill an order.

5. Recipients of the data may include companies that help fulfill the order: courier companies (DHL, FedEx), payment operators (Tpay, Przelewy24) and our accounting office.

8. Intellectual property

All graphic designs and interior photos are the property of Royal Rabbits. Copying them or using them for commercial purposes without the Seller's consent is prohibited.

9. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes with businesses shall be settled by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
