Każde zamówienie metryczki wykonywane jest indywidualnie na podstawie informacji podanych w zamówieniu.

Jaka jest różnica między metryczką, inicjałem i metryczką inicjał?

Czy jest możliwość wysyłki za granice?

Tak, nie ma problemu z wysyłką za granicę. Domyślnie wysyłamy paczki Pocztą Polską ale jeśli koszt kuriera jest zbliżony do poczty wtedy nadajemy paczki kurierem DPD.

Które towary podlegają zwrotom?

Zwrotom podlegają tylko produkty NIE personalizowane.

Jakie jest czas oczekiwania?

Zawsze dokładamy wszelkich starań, żeby przygotować zamówienie jak najszybciej. każde zamówienie jest indywidualnie drukowane w związku z czym zakładamy termin realizacji od 3 do 7 dni roboczych.

Jaka jest różnica między papierem a płótnem?

Używamy tylko materiałów najwyższej jakości. Zarówno papier jak i płótno to materiały premium. Główna różnica jest w fakturze. Płótno ma wyjątkową fakturę która powoduje, że ciężko odróżnić czy to druk czy faktycznie namalowane. Nie oznacza to, że papier jest gorszy. Profesjonalny archiwalny papier matowy jest również doskonały. Oba nośniki dają gwarancje idealnego odwzorowania kolorów oraz zachowania ich na wiele, wiele lat.

Czy można wprowadzić modyfikacje w plakacie metryczce?
